2021 — founded
Born in Les Brenets
We founded Brasserie des Brenets in September 2021 in the former Sirènes du Doubs brewery. Our first two batches — a wheat beer and a stout — set the direction: carefully built foundations and flavours we genuinely care about.
The team and equipment grew, all the way to 500-litre tanks. Today, eight beers are available in bars, restaurants and shops across the region.
